3. Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. DigiSell does not store your full card details. Your payment information is encrypted and securely processed by Stripe. Please review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy for more information.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely in our PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
5. Cookies
We use localStorage to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Your session token is stored locally on your device and is used only to authenticate your account.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, please contact us at support@digisell.live. We will process your request within 30 days.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DigiSell (digisell.live), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Platform Description
DigiSell is a digital marketplace that enables sellers to list and sell digital products including ebooks, courses, software, templates, audio files, and graphic assets. Buyers can purchase and download these products securely.
3. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must own or have the legal right to sell all products listed. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and delivery. DigiSell takes a platform commission on each sale as configured by the administrator. Sellers may not list illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
Purchased digital products are for personal or commercial use as specified by the seller. Buyers may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased products without explicit permission from the seller. All sales are final unless the product significantly differs from its description.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. DigiSell does not store payment card details. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and are subject to seller approval. Digital products that have been downloaded are generally non-refundable unless they are defective or materially different from their description.
6. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on DigiSell: illegal content, malware or harmful software, content that infringes intellectual property rights, adult or explicit content, misleading or fraudulent products, and content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
DigiSell is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of products listed by sellers. Our liability is limited to the commission amount received on any disputed transaction. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
